Online Store Return & Product Change Conditions

The following conditions will be applied only to www.confidojewels.com Online Store:

You will see that the jewels for sale offered in the www.confidojewels.com Online Store are much more beautiful than the photos when you touch them.

However, you may return the products that you have purchased from the Online Store within 14 days after the date of delivery, and may receive your money back.

The rings which have been written do not prevent the return process (excluding the wedding bands written inside).

In order to use this right, the cancellation decision must be notified to Confido Jewels in 14 days.

For the notification, you may use the communication form.

If the return operation is performed without the approval of www.confidojewels.com , your return request and and your delivery will be declined.

The consumer can not use his right of return in the goods produced in accordance with the very special requests and demands of the consumer or made special to him by making changes or additions.

The orders you prefer to return must be sent to the address that will be informed to you in full form with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms and gift products, if exist any.

If the original invoice of the products is not returned, VAT and other legal obligations are not possible to make refund. After the receipt of the refund, the cost of the products will be refunded to the credit card if the order is placed using credit card, and to the bank account if it is paid via money transfer / EFT (electronic fund transfer).
