Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered by the contracted cargo company free of charge.

Your order is under the guarantee and responsibility of Confido Jewels until it is delivered.

The product you purchased is prepared genuine for you in accordance with your preferences notified during the ordering process and is delivered safely to the address you specified in its special box for your jewellery, product certificate, invoice and official delivery document, gift note with special packaging.

If you wish, you may separate the delivery and the invoice addresses and have the package delivered to your beloved ones and the invoice will separately be delivered to you.

In how many days your order will be delivered to the cargo company is informed on the details page of the product you purchased (1-2 business day(s) for the products available in our stocks and 3-4 business days for the products to be produced).

The orders can be delivered by the cargo company only on the working days (except Saturday, Sunday, official and religious holidays).

You will be notified by e-mail or sms when your order is delivered to the cargo company.

If the recipient can not be found at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notice. If the buyer to whom the visit notice is left to the address, does not contact the cargo company within 3 days, the cargo company brings the package back to Confido Jewels.

Please check the products you ordered by comparing them with the official delivery document at the time of delivery. In case you think the products are missing or damaged, do not receive the package by having the cargo officer prepare a report this situation. Notify the situation to the ordering staff of by the communication form. After the necessary examination is made, your order will be delivered to your address. When you accept to receive your package, it is confirmed that the Cargo company is accomplished its responsibility completely.
